Tips - before you donate you must…
· Make sure you have had a substantial meal
· Be well hydrated (start drinking 1 -2 litres of water in the days before your donation and a least 1 litre the day of your donation). Help yourself to the juice and snacks in the refreshment area post donation.
· Be well rested
· Feel well the day you donate
· Bring your Blood Donor Card or photo ID
