Walk and Talk Teaching
October 7, 14 and 21, 2014
12:00 to 1:00 pm
Killam Library

Do you have a new teaching idea, burning issue, or conundrum that you would like to share with others? Are you interested in listening to other instructors’ innovations, perspectives and solutions? In celebration of ‘Walktober’ at Dalhousie, the Centre for Learning and Teaching is taking the classroom to the street. Join Suzanne Sheffield in this open opportunity to engage in some gentle exercise and explore our teaching community across the disciplines.

Participants may set their own walking pace. Please wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and footwear. Our route will take us along the Halifax Urban Greenway on Beaufort Avenue (http://www.halifax.ca/trails/AccessibleTrails.php#D) and loop around using Bellevue Avenue and back to the Dalhousie Studley Campus.

The walk will start at noon at the front of the Killam Library. Please feel free to sign up for one, two, or all three sessions!

To register for all or just one of these sessions visit http://www.dal.ca/dept/clt/about/ContactUsform/RegistrationForm.html
