Excavation required to repair a steam line will disrupt traffic flow on Alumni Crescent and several general parking spaces will be closed for approximately 3 weeks, starting on Thursday, September 18th. Construction fencing will prevent through traffic and protect the excavation area, located at the north east corner of Wickwire Field, extending across Alumni Crescent to the grass section of the main quad east of the stone wall (as illustrated below).

 
Access to Alumni Crescent, from both the east and west ends, will be maintained but will change from 1-way to 2-way traffic. Appropriate signage will be in place to direct traffic flow during construction. Fencing and signage will be removed immediately once the work is complete and normal access will resume.
