"Try It Week": Only a week away!

Next week is Try It Week at Dalplex. Students/members can participate in a variety of Fitness programs for free!

Space is limited so pre-registration is required!
To register for the Try It Week program of your choice you can:

Monday, September 15
HIIT Boot Camp: 6-7pm Personal Training Studio
Women Only Intro Strength Training: 7-8pm Personal Training Studio

Tuesday, September 16
Rise and Shine Yoga: 7am Studley Dance Studio
Live Well Yoga: 8:30-9:30pm Studley Dance Studio
Foam Rolling Release: 12:05-1pm Studley Dance Studio

Wednesday, September 17
Pilates: 9:15 -10:15am Studley Dance Studio
HIIT Boot Camp: 6-7pm Personal Training Studio

Thursday, September 18
Early Bird Boot Camp: 6:15-7:15am Dalplex Fieldhouse
Kickboxing: 6-7pm Studley Dance Studio

Sunday, September 21
Vinyasa Flow: 1-2pm Studley Dance Studio
