POSITION:  1 Teaching Assistant TA 90 (90 hours per term), Fall Term 2014-15
DEPARTMENT/LOCATION:  Spanish & Latin American Studies
PAY RATE:           As per the CUPE collective agreement
 
WORK ASSIGNMENT:  SPAN 3408/INTD 3408:  The Cuban Development Model.  The TA is responsible for assisting in the grading and administration of the class, conducted in English.  The TA will attend all weekly classes (TR 10:05-11:25), and will be responsible for setting up audio visual equipment.  The TA reports to the course instructor.
 
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:  Candidates should have at least an undergraduate degree, preferably a graduate student. A good knowledge of the Cuban development model would be an asset.
