POSITION: Sessional Instructor – STAA 2000 Intro to Statistics –
Winter 2015 – MWF 9:05-9:55 with Labs and Tutorials M 1:05-4:55

DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Department of Engineering/ Agricultural Campus

PAY RATE: According to Faculty of Agriculture Sessional Rates

WORK ASSIGNMENT: The Sessional Instructor will be responsible for all aspects of administering the class. This includes preparation, delivery of all lectures, labs and/or tutorials, developing and evaluating assignments and tests, student consolation and office hours. It would be considered an asset to have experience using statistics in a research setting. The enrolment for this course is between 30-50 students.

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: BSc in Statistics with a Master’s degree in a related field. Previous teaching experience is desirable. The successful applicant must enjoy working with students and have good communication skills.
