Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is an internationally recognized skills-based workshop designed to equip people to respond knowledgeably and competently to persons at risk of suicide. Just as "CPR" skills make physical first aid possible, training in suicide intervention develops the skills used in suicide first aid.
Faculty, staff and students at Dalhousie are welcome to participate in two offerings of this two-day training program at a registration cost of $185 per person.
