Celebrate National Health & Fitness Day with a FREE outdoor workout

Break a sweat as Dalplex personal trainer Emily Coolen leads you through a fun workout with a blend of cardio and strength training/resistance that will take you outside of Dalplex as you explore different parts of Dalhousie campus.

This event is open the general public so everyone is welcome, regardless of fitness level.

Date: Saturday, June 7
Time: 12pm-1pm
Location: Meet in the Dalplex lobby
Cost: FREE!
