Position:  Part-time Academic

Department: Political Science

Pay Rate:  As per CUPE Contract
 
Work Assignment:  This part-time academic will be required to teach POLI 3810.03 “Special Topics: Middle East Politics” Winter Term, January 5, 2015 – April 10, 2015.   The class is currently scheduled for Monday, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  The part-time academic will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, test preparation and evaluation.  The position reports to the Chair of the Department.
 
Requirements: A PhD in Political Science is required. Demonstrated teaching effectiveness in Political Science and university-level teaching in Middle Eastern Politics is required.
