Posted by Co-operative Education at Dalhousie on May 1, 2014 in General Announcements

A range of bright and highly-motivated Dalhousie Co-op students are available for hire. Co-op employers may also qualify for funding programs to offset their student’s wage.

The Strategic Cooperative Education Incentive (SCEI) provides private sector, government-funded and non-profit organizations with 50% of the required minimum hourly wage of $15.00 for co-op students. Eligible private sector organizations who also receive the Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP) or the Scientific Research & Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax credit are eligible to receive 50% of the wage to a maximum of $10.00 per hour for up to 40 hours per week.

Before applying, SCEI funding applicants must have their job description reviewed by a Co-op Coordinator. Please contact the appropriate department below to submit your job description for review.
