March is National Nutrition Month. Here are ways to improve your nutrition at Dal.
1. Visit http://bit.ly/DalEatHealthy to see the healthier food options available when buying food on campus.
2. Join Dal’s Weight Watchers At-Work program: A winning… and losing!... combination. Since Dalhousie started its at-work Weight Watchers meetings, members have lost over 1890 pounds. It’s not too late to join. Just pay Weight Watchers a monthly fee, saving the registration fee by being a Dal member. Visit http://bit.ly/WWDal to learn more.
Enjoy the convenience of an at-work meeting and the support of fellow Dalhousie employees on the same weight loss journey. Not a diet, a lifestyle. Learn the skills and tools you need to change your eating habits. The program focuses on your spaces, your routines, and keeping active.
Individuals are twice as successful with their weight loss when they attend meetings.
