Move More Month Lunch & Learn ‑ Get On Your Way to a Healthier You

In honour of Dalplex Member Appreciation Week and Dalhousie's Move More Month, you are invited to a FREE lunch & learn nutrition presentation at Dalplex.

"Get On Your Way to a Healthier You" is presented by Dal Food Services registered dietician Angela Emmerson. Learn about portion control, how to pack healthy lunches and snacks, and other handy tips and strategies to help you achieve and/or maintain a healthy lifestyle and get a chance to ask your own questions about eating healthier and being active.

There is no better day than today to start taking better care of yourself so grab a friend and register for this session!

*Space will be provided for attendees to bring and eat their lunch during the session if they wish. Lunch will not be provided.*
