Winter term registration for Dalplex fitness and wellness programs is open!
Swim lessons, climbing programs, yoga classes, first aid classes, squash lessons, kettlebells, boot camps and more - it's all starting soon and you can register now!
Plus check out the convenient options for faculty and staff - get your work out in before, during or after work!
Before work:
-Early Bird Boot Camp, Mon & Thurs from 6-7am
Lunch time:
-R & R Yoga, Mon or Wed from 12:05-12:55pm
-Weight Loss Boot Camp, Mon & Wed from 12-1pm
-Kickboxing, Tue from 12-1pm
After work:
-Kickboxing, Thu from 6-7pm
-Squash lessons, Mon from 7-8pm, 8-9pm or 9-10pm
