In response to interest in ongoing supportive conversations and resource sharing in the area of caregiving, a group discussion is scheduled to provide space and time to share, connect, and rejuvenate, with emphasis on adult/elder caregiving.

The stresses and challenges of caring for others are numerous and can take their toll, affecting the caregiver and the one receiving care, as well as the caregiver's family, friends and workplace. Come share your experiences and feel the support of others who know what it's like. The discussion will be led by Janice MacInnis, Coordinator of Organizational Health, a caregiver herself.

Carrice will share her experiences providing care to seniors and give advice on services and supports available, She is also keen to hear of your experiences, too.
