Invitation to Public Information Session ‑ Collaborative Health Education Building

Dalhousie University is hosting a public information session for the new Collaborative Health Education Building.
 
The drop-in session will be on Tuesday, October 8th between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm in the Life Sciences Research Institute (LSRI) Atrium at 1334 Summer Street. Light refreshments will be served.

  • Barrie and Langille Architects, in association with Moriyama & Teshima Architects

About the project

Envisioned as a place where students and faculty from the entire spectrum of the heath science professions come together to learn, the Collaborative Health Education Building will be located next to the LSRI (1334 Summer Street).  Building highlights will include:

  • New Kellogg Library Learning Commons
  • Classroom and seminar room settings
  • A simulation centre for specialized clinical skills training
  • A suite of simulated patient care labs, clinic rooms, seminar rooms, and support facilities
  • A range of lounge and social environments
