On October 2nd, Dal Alum Rick Rivers will launch a book about the history of football at Dalhousie.

Undefeated Since 1976 - The Year of the Tiger chronicles the colourful and charismatic people and times of Dalhousie football from its inception in 1947 to its death in 1976, and the subsequent rebirth in 2010. Rick spent over two years researching at the Dal libraries and provincial archives as well as interviewing over 80 former players and football boosters compiling stories about the Dalhousie football players who have elevated Canadian football at the local, provincial and national levels. The book concludes with a retrospective entitled Dalhousie Athletics-What If?
