Introducing the Science, Information Technology, Engineering Co‑op Office

Posted by Geoff Smith on July 22, 2013 in General Announcements

Dalhousie’s Engineering and Computer Science Co-op Office has merged with the Science Co-op Office to form the Science, Information Technology, Engineering (SITE) Cooperative Education Office. The merger is part of a strategy to improve the co-op experience through shared best practices and streamlined processes throughout the 25 co-op disciplines it will serve.

Aside from the office title, current Science co-op students in particular may notice new co-op tools and processes over the coming months. Co-op staff remain focused on providing services, and assure students and employers that the merger will not negatively affect their co-op experience.

Co-op office contact information has not changed, and the SITE Co-op Office expects to unveil a redesigned website in late 2013.
