Position:  Part-time Academic, Winter term 2013-14
 
Department:  Political Science
 
Pay Rate:  As per CUPE Contract
 
Work Assignment:   This part-time academic will teach the winter term January 6, 2014 – April 7, 2014 of POLI 3232.03, Local Government in Canada.  The class is scheduled for Thursday 18:05-21:55.  The part-time academic will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, test preparation and evaluation.  The position reports to the Chair of the Department.
 
Requirements:  A Ph.D., or nearly completed Ph.D., in Political Science is required.  Demonstrated teaching effectiveness in Political Science is required.  Experience in municipal government would be an asset.

Requirements:  A Ph.D., or nearly completed Ph.D., in Political Science is required.  Demonstrated teaching effectiveness in Political Science is required.
