INFO 6300 – Government Information Resources

The Sessional Instructor will teach the elective Government Information Resources course (INFO 6300) in the MLIS program during the 2013 Fall term. The course is scheduled for one 3 hour period per week, September – December 2013.

Requirements of the Position:

MLIS degree and significant employment experience in government information resources. Prior teaching experience will be an asset.

The Instructor reports to the Director of the School. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Responsibility for all aspects of teaching and administering the course, including lectures, active learning class sessions, assignment preparation and evaluation; availability for two hours per week for consultation with students. A syllabus for the course is available.
