1 POSITION:  Instructor (European Studies 4512: The Idea of Europe) Part-Time Academic (Fall term 2013/14)
 
DEPARTMENT/LOCATION:  European Studies Programme c/o German Dept., Marion McCain Arts and Social Sciences Bldg., Room 3054, 6135 University Avenue, Halifax, NS B3H 4R2
 
PAY RATE:  In accordance with CUPE Collective Agreement
 
WORK ASSIGNMENT:  The instructor will be required to lead an upper level seminar on the idea of Europe from a multidisciplinary perspective. The instructor is also responsible for setting assignments and for final grading.Three class hours per week.
 
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:  Previous experience teaching European content at a university level.
