All students, faculty, and staff who have completed the survey will have the opportunity to be entered into a draw for a $100 credit on your Dal card or $100 Mountain Equipment Coop gift certificate. Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary and can be discontinued at any time. All responses will be kept anonymous and the confidentiality of each participant will be protected. This survey will only take approximately 5 minutes. We are looking for responses from all campuses from all students, faculty, and staff.
