Requirements:

An PhD is required, but candidates with ABD status will be considered.
Attributes required: excellent communication skills.
The successful applicant must have demonstrated knowledge of broad
organizational theory, organizational design and organizational change,
and an established record of effective teaching experience in these subjects.
The successful candidate must also be able to meet the School's
accrediting body (AACSB) academic qualification requirements or
professional qualification requirements.

Duties included, but are not limited to:

The Part-Time academic will be responsible for all aspects of teaching
and administering the class, including lectures, test preparation and
evaluation, and use of the Blackboard platform.
The part-time academic should be available for two hours per week for
consultation with students.  The part-time academic reports to the
Director of the Department.
