Only a few more days left to sign up for the Payroll Savings Program
 
Sign up by November 1st and you’ll be one step closer to saving for anything you want, whether it’s an exotic vacation, a renovation on your house, or gifts for your loved ones.
 
Purchasing a CSB is easy as these three steps:
 
1.       Decide how much you want to contribute per pay. Automatic deductions will begin with the first pay in December and continue until you direct payroll to change your contribution amount or to discontinue your purchases.
 
2.       Complete the application online at csb.gc.ca/employees. Select – Buy or Change my Payroll Savings Plan and indicate how much you would like to contribute. The Organization ID you require to complete the application is 11059. A Client ID will be created for you during the process and you will be able to create your own Password.
 
3.       Record and save your confirmation number.
 
That’s it. Your savings will grow safely thanks to compound interest and full backing by the Government of Canada. Plus, you can manage your money via secure online access at csb.gc.ca/employees, or over the phone 1-877-899-3599.

If you are already purchasing bonds through the Payroll Savings Program your current deductions will continue as usual. However, if you wish to revise your contribution amount, you can do it online at csb.gc.ca/employees.
 
Remember, the campaign closes November 1 and the site will be deactivated at 8 PM (ET) on that date.
