Stressed out? Sign up for a lunch hour yoga class!

The focus of this Vinyasa-style class is to improve the quality of breath during movement and to create opportunities to discover the power in yoga postures, eventually building a flow between postures. This class helps eliminate rounded shoulders, lengthen the spine, release tension in the hips and lower back and create a feeling of restoration and relaxation.

Suitable for all ability levels. Please bring your own yoga mat.

ONE CLASS PER WEEK FEE: Dal Student:$30, Dalplex Member: $70, Non-member: $85
TWO CLASSES PER WEEK FEE: Dal Student: $60, Dalplex Member: $125, Non-member: $145
DAY: Mondays and/or Wednesdays
TIME: 12-1pm
START DATE: Sept. 19
