Register ASAP for a fall fitness program or classes at Dalplex!

Choose from kickboxing classes, kettlebells, 3 different boot camps, Pilates classes and Vinyasa yoga, squash lessons, the Dal Live Well Employee Challenge and more!

NEW classes include Man Camp (bootcamp for men only), Weights For Women (strength training for women only) and Salsafit!

You can also register for Bouldering 101 and Ropes 101 if you want to learn how to climb in the Rock Court.

Details including start date, time and price are all listed online at www.dalplex.ca under the Recreation & Fitness tab.

Hurry - most classes begin the week of September 16 and space is limited in many programs!
