Register today for fall fitness programs and classes at Dalplex!

Hurry - most classes start the week of Sept. 16th!

Choose from kickboxing classes, kettlebells, 3 different boot camps, Pilates classes and Vinyasa yoga, squash lessons, the Dal Live Well Employee Challenge and more!

NEW classes include Man Camp (bootcamp for men only), Weights For Women (strength training for women only) and Salsafit!

You can also register for Bouldering 101 and Ropes 101 if you want to learn how to climb in the Rock Court.
