PepsiCo Athletes of the Week (Oct. 1)

Morgan Leon and Ben Hashimoto are this week's PepsiCo Athletes of the Week.

Dalhousie University presents our PepsiCo Athletes of the Week for the week ending Sunday, October 1, 2023.

Morgan Leon, Soccer

Fourth-year midfielder Morgan Leon is this week’s female PepsiCo Athlete of the Week.

Morgan featured in both games for the Tigers this past weekend, playing the full 90 minutes in the Tigers 2-1 win over the UNB REDS. She opened the scoring for the Tigers in Saturday’s win and was named player of the game for Dalhousie.

A biology student, Morgan is from Toronto, Ontario.

Ben Hashimoto, Soccer

First-year forward Ben Hashimoto is this week’s male PepsiCo Athlete of the Week.

Ben started both games for the Tigers this weekend and scored the game winning goal on Saturday in the Tigers 2-1 win over the UNB REDS. He was named the Tigers player of the game in the win.

Hailing from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Ben is studying commerce.
