The Budget Advisory Committee’s draft budget plan for 2019-20 keeps more money in Dal’s Faculties and service/support units, includes targeted investments in key areas such as infrastructure and student assistance, and recommends a four-year plan for larger increases to international tuition for future students (exempting current international students from these larger increases).
