Last Thursday the Tigers faced the University of Calgary in their first test of the season at Dalplex. Men’s Hockey
SMU 2 @ DAL 0
This season the cross-town rivalry between Dal and SMU will be taken to a new level with both teams calling the Halifax Forum home this winter. Last Thursday the Tigers came up short in a 2-0 exhibition loss to the Huskies, but will have another shot at Saint Mary’s on Friday, October 12 in their season opener. With both teams vying for control on home ice, it promises to be an exciting season for Halifax hockey fans.
