For the second consecutive week Dan Gorman has been selected for his impressive leadership on the cross country team this past weekend at Dalhousie’s Invitational at Point Pleasant Park in Halifax. He led the entire race and finished with an impressive 19-second lead and a time of 24:35. The fourth year history and sociology student is from Halifax.
Gina Stewart, cross country
Gina Stewart of the Tigers cross country team remains undefeated after her second race this season. On Saturday at Dalhousie’s Invitational at Point Pleasant Park, she finished first with a time of 18:24, seven seconds ahead of her teammate, Cara Groves. Ms. Stewart is a master's of science student from East Mountain, N.S.
