A new litter campaign from the Nova Scotia Department of the Environment is telling people to "please litter and then just walk away." By using a little reverse psychology, the campaign hopes to build awareness that littering is a serious problem that should disappear but hasn't.
You may have heard the radio ads or see the "Please Litter" posters in bus shelters. What do you think about the campaign?
