Niklas Radimacher	Lauren Dorrington

Lauren Dorrington is this week’s Dalhousie University female athlete of the week. At the Metro Invitational Swim Meet held at Dalplex over the weekend, Ms. Dorrington received the women’s high point award with four wins in the 50 and 100 breaststroke and the 50 and 100 freestyle. She is a fourth year sociology student from Uxbridge, Ont.

Niklas Rademacher is this week’s Dalhousie University male athlete of the week. He led the men’s volleyball team to a perfect 5-0 record at York University’s 29^th annual Excalibur Classic. The Tigers beat out Queen’s University 3-0 in the championship match, making this the first time an Atlantic team has won the tournament. Mr. Rademacher was named tournament MVP for his performance. He is a fourth-year management student from Bocholt, Germany.
