Emilie Dawe, of Oromocto, New Brunswick, is graduating with a Master of Library and Information Studies. While working as a Research Assistant in the Centre for Management Informatics, Emilie discovered her love of research. "Conceptualizing a project from nothing, and watching it develop to fruition is very gratifying," she says. In the future, she is interested in pursuing a career in non-traditional librarianship, possibly working within a corporate setting in research administration. This is an especially exciting time for Emilie, as she is expecting her first child in August with husband Neal Dawe.
