The Potential of Geographic Information Systems in COVID‑19 Response
With the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in the Halifax Region, the Nova Scotia Health Authority has released a list of potential exposure locations for the region. Using the street addresses of these locations, Leah Fulton -a graduate of the School of Planning, presently enrolled in the Master in Marine Management program, and a Teaching Assistant for ERTH3500- developed a web application to visualize these recent exposure locations released by the NSHA.
