Carbon Neutrality Forum

Canada has pledged to reach net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, transitioning from fossil fuel energy to greener, renewable sources. CO2 and Methane are two the two most potent gasses contributing to global warming. CO2 emissions are from cities, industry and agriculture.  Dalhousie University has been asked by the Federal and Provincial governments to host a national and international forum examining Carbon Neutrality in Atlantic and Eastern Canada. The Forum will be held April 19-20th 2023, with representatives from across Canada and the globe.  The event will include meetings and presentations over two days.
