An undergraduate chemistry degree involves training in all of the major branches of chemistry. First-year classes are an intensive introduction to the field. In the second year, we teach the four traditional areas of specialization in chemistry.

Graduate Programs:

Master of Science (MSc)

Our faculty members do outstanding research in every area of chemistry with highly motivated graduate students, postdoctoral workers, undergraduate students and technical support staff.

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)

All Students who directly enroll in the PhD program must pass a preliminary oral exram and submit a progress report within the first 18 months of their program.
