Certificate in Entrepreneurship & Innovation
The Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation provides students with an opportunity to learn and develop skills related to innovation and entrepreneurship, starting with ideation (innovation, creativity, design thinking), continuing with how you launch a new venture and ending with how to manage a new venture.
This Certificate is available to students currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at Dalhousie University.
The Certificate requires the completion of three required courses (9 credit hours in total).
- MGMT 2902 An Introduction to Design Thinking
- MGMT 3907 New Venture Creation
- MGMT 4901 Applied Innovation and Entrepreneurship
Due to prerequisites, these courses must be taken sequentially, in this order.
