When you book a space, services or project at the Centre for Collaborative Clinical Learning and Research, we ensure you have exactly what you need for a successful simulated experience.

Please include as much detail as possible when you complete the required forms.

Request a simulated patient activity or project

The form below is used to request simulated patient events. Requests will be reviewed and approved based on simulated patient educator availability, applicability to Dalhousie curriculum and the Centre's mandate. A minimum of eight weeks’ notice prior to the start of your event is required. You will receive a response to your request within five business days.

It is your responsibility to secure space in the CHEB/C3LR for your event. Please see the schedule in Campus Bookings [login required] for an overview of current bookings.

Project or Service Cost
A quote will be prepared based on the criteria listed on the Project/Service request form.

Access to our educational expertise and simulated patients is available to Dalhousie University and external groups, with Dalhousie educational events as priority. Due to curriculum commitments and resource limitations, the centre is unable to guarantee that a project request will be accepted.
