Kaylee Jones, President
Hi everyone, my name is Kaylee and I’m the President of the Dalhousie Physiotherapy Student Society. I graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2022 with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and Recreation (Co-op) and a minor in Psychology, then I came to Dalhousie for PT school. I am from a small Island off of Newfoundland called Fogo Island. In my spare time I enjoy being active, exploring Halifax and spending time with my friends and family. I can’t wait to meet you all and help orient you to PT school! Please reach out at any point during your time here if you have any questions at all. Get ready for a great year!
Cheryl Butler, Vice President
Hey everyone! My name is Cheryl and I am the Vice President of the Dalhousie Physiotherapy Student Society. I am from Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador and I attended Memorial University where I graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and Recreation (Co-Op). In my free time I enjoy playing sports and going to the gym, as well as volunteering with the Dal SPRING program! I am also the Sports Rep for our class. I am interested in sports physiotherapy and I love providing opportunities for everyone to shadow and volunteer at sporting events. Make sure to check for announcements if you want to get involved!

Matt Wright, Treasurer
Hey everyone! My name is Matt Wright, and I am the treasurer of the Dalhousie Physiotherapy Student Society. I am from Saint John, New Brunswick, and I attended UNB Fredericton where I graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in 2022. Outside of school some of my hobbies include weightlifting, playing different sports with friends (tennis, squash, rock climbing), and of course spending time with friends! The PT class here at Dalhousie is a very tight knit group, and I can not wait for all of you to experience that as well! Hey everyone! My name is Victoria and I am the secretary of the Dalhousie Physiotherapy Student Society. I am originally from and grew up in a very small town in Newfoundland called Twillingate. I completed my undergraduate degree at Memorial University of Newfoundland where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2022. From there, I made the move to Halifax to start the PT program here at Dal. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, playing sports, and spending time with friends and family.
