Important tasks for grant applicants


All Dalhousie Pharmacy Endowment Fund (DPEF) grant holders must complete either an Interim Report Form [DOC - 46 kB] or a Final Report Form [DOC - 44 kB].

It is extremely important that either an interim or final report be submitted to the executive director of the DPEF by October 15th of each year.

If using a third party such as the College of Pharmacy to send these reports and/or applications, it is the responsibility of the applicant to verify any required drop off dates and times to ensure their delivery to this office by the deadlines stipulated.

The reports will be reviewed by the DPEF advisory board at their next meeting.

Please note: If a grant holder does not submit the required forms by the October 15 deadline, they will no longer be considered to receive further funds from the DFEF.
