Mental Health and Addictions
The Master of Nursing Mental Health and Addictions program is intended for Registered Nurses who already have clinical experience in mental health and addictions seeking to enhance their clinical assessment skills and expertise.
Students will attend seminars and discussions, strengthen their theoretical knowledge, prepare academic papers on the application of theory and gain hands-on experience with clinical practicums.
A one-time entrance award, equal to the first term’s program fees, is available to those Nova Scotia residents who qualify for full-time entry to the program (does not cover student fees).
Applications are open until Dec 1, 2024 for January 2025 admission.
