Bukola is an Instructor at the School of Nursing, Dalhousie. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Her experience spans several areas of healthcare including nursing practice, education, clinical research, public health, and project management within and outside Canada. Her clinical background encompasses various specialties, including women's health, oncology, geriatrics, pediatrics, and perinatal care. Bukola has made significant contributions in several healthcare settings including promoting public health initiatives and safety measures across Canada.
Bukola’s philosophy about teaching and learning continues to evolve and is primarily built around making the classroom a safe and inclusive space. She places great emphasis on cultivating lifelong learning abilities to equip aspiring nurses with the necessary tools to navigate a dynamic and diversified healthcare environment.
Ms. Oladimeji’s research interest broadly revolves around investigating the determinants of health and health outcomes among vulnerable and marginalized populations. She actively works towards reducing health disparities and advocates for support for these populations.
