On behalf of the Faculty of Health Professions, I would like to thank Rita Caldwell for her years of service to the College of Pharmacy. Rita will retire at the end of June after more than 15 years with Dalhousie.
During her time with the College, Rita has accomplished much – the reintroduction of the Masters of Sciences in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2010, the construction of a new multi-skills laboratory, and the expansion of the pharmacy curriculum to incorporate the broadening scope of practice for Pharmacists, to name but a few.
Rita’s dedication to students and her commitment to strengthening and expanding the College are well noted and she will be missed by her colleagues in the College of Pharmacy and across the Faculty of Health Professions.
Thank you, Rita, for your years of service and best wishes as you start a new adventure.
