As part of a pilot initiative, the School of Health and Human Performance hosted approximately 160 high-school students from across Nova Scotia in six outreach events earlier this month. Students learned about Kinesiology, Recreation Management, Therapeutic Recreation and Health Promotion through interactive workshops, activities and lab demonstrations on campus. They also met with current students and professors, learned about career opportunities, and most importantly, had some fun!
