Biography
Sherry has been a faculty member in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound since 2003. She is credentialed as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) as well as a generalist sonographer with Sonography Canada (CRGS). Sherry has gained extensive experience as a sonographer and preceptor in both clinic and hospital settings before joining the School of Health Sciences. She has most recently completed a Masters of Education degree in curriculum studies from Acadia University.

- The Imation Award – awarded to a Radiological Technology student who demonstrated excellence in leadership and support for classmates and co-workers
- Nycomed Amersham Award – highest academic mark in Radiography in the province of Nova Scotia on the National CAMRT Certification examinations
