Biography
Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Dalhousie University with a double major in Biology and Neuroscience. She then furthered her education at University of Toronto/Michener Institute, where she graduated with honours from the Medical Radiation Sciences program. Following a year experience at SickKids hospital in Toronto, she moved to Calgary where she worked as a CT and general imaging technologist at the Foothills Medical Centre. Prior to her Educator role, she worked at the QEII Health Science Centre in Interventional Radiology and the Cardiac Catheterization lab.
