Bachelor of Engineering

Convocation is held twice per year. In the Spring (typically in May) and in the Fall (typically October) - students must apply for graduation through the online application system the semester before they are due to finish their programs.

For a Spring Convocation, the deadline to apply to graduate is December 1.

For a Fall Convocation, the deadline to apply to graduate is July 2. 

Once your intent to graduate has been submitted, your degree will be audited to ensure all requirements have been met. To ensure you are meeting all degree requirements, contact your academic advisor or visit DalOnline. 

If you miss the deadline, you will be required to submit your Intent to Graduate form via paper copy. The form is available to download on DalOnline or in paper copy at the Sexton Service Centre. There will be a late fee of $50.
