Year 3 Entry Scholarship

The Year 3 Entry Scholarship is available to all students who meet the following criteria:

• will have completed all engineering diploma-level courses as of the April 30 application deadline.
• will be entering the Bachelor of Engineering program at Dalhousie in the subsequent Fall term.
  
• The competition will open in mid-february.

Application period will open on Feb 15.

The Scholarships and Awards Committee of the Faculty of Engineering selects the recipients. In addition to the application and academic record, the Committee may also weigh financial and other considerations in reaching a decision.

The criteria for selection of some awards may include factors such as leadership ability, community involvement, etc. In this regard, students may refer to the calendar and are asked to attach a resume, or letter, which is felt may be relevant.

There are many scholarships and bursaries available.  Students must complete all year 3 prerequisites by the end of the Winter term.
