Career Appointments

The MMSC provides career support to engineering students and recent engineering graduates. We provide you with job searching techniques, feedback on your resumes/cover letter, tips on networking, and conduct practice interviews. We also host virtual and in-person career workshops throughout the term.

Need help with creating a resume?  Our Career Advisor can help you with that too! Please include the job description in your inquiry or appintment confirmation if you apply for a particular job.  Students who want to book a practice interview must send their request at least three (3) business days before their interview date and provide two (2) business days to accommodate their 1-hour practice request. 

We are engineering-focused but are happy to provide feedback on all career materials. Upon two years of graduation, recent graduates from Dalhousie in the Faculty of Engineering still have access to this resource.  Additionally you can check out numerous career-related resources on the MMSC Brightspace Community.
