Meeting / Event Room

This well lit meeting space fits 10-12 people comfortably in either a board room style or classroom style set up.  The space is equipped with modular tables, a large white board, dry erase markers, projection screen and projector. There is a small sink/cupboard area and coffee maker if needed.

Study Space / Study Tables

The study space is equipped with the same modular tables and chairs as well as four white boards and dry erase markers/erasers.

Engineering TAs and Tutors must use this booking link to process their request to use the study space tables.  Tables are available between 8a and 4p daily.  If you require table space after 4p you must be on site by 3:50p to ensure access to the area.  TAs and Tutors will be required to complete a Confidentiality/Code of Conduct form and will be given safety review should issues arise at the MMSC after hours.
